Pure Testo Booster Switch up your workout routine. As with any workout routine, you can easily become bored after a while, which may keep you from continuing. Make sure to keep your exercise routine regularly by using different pieces of equipment at the gym or taking advantage of different exercise classes. Having a new workout to look forward to each time you go to the gym makes it more likely that you will stick with your bodybuilding program. Creatine supplements are popular in the muscle building community. However, they must be treated with caution. If you have any kidney conditions, do NOT use creatine! Additional known complications include muscle cramps and compartment syndrome. Creatine supplements have even been linked with heart arrhythmia. Teenagers could be at even more risk than adults. Stick closely to the instructions when taking supplements. Do not attempt to build larger muscles while training for a marathon or doing other extreme cardio workouts. Although a certain amount of cardio is beneficial for everyone, bulking up at the same time that you are doing really intense cardiovascular work will be difficult, if not impossible. Put most of your efforts into strength-training if you wish to grow muscle. You need to consume carbohydrates, if you hope to build your muscles. Carbs give your body the fuel it needs to do the exercise you have to do every day. If you are following a particularly grueling training program, adjust your protein intake to match. That means about 2-3 grams of protein per pound of weight. Try to make it seem like you're bigger than you really are. The way to do this is to specifically train your shoulders, upper back and torso. By doing this, you can cause your waist to appear smaller than it actually is, which can also make you appear to have greater size. Avoid rapidly boosting your protein intake immediately after you begin your new workout plan. This can lead to an additional amount of calories than you need, and if you aren't exercising hard, you might gain fat instead of the muscle that you want. Increase your protein intake slowly, adding a couple hundred calories at a time every few days. Your body will be able to keep up with the increase this way, using the extra protein to grow muscle. When attempting to gain muscle, eat foods high in protein throughout the course of the day and immediately after your workout. Try to consume 15 grams of protein 30 minutes prior to exercising, and 15 grams afterwards.
