Muscle building isn't always an attempt to become overly bulky. There are a multitude of muscle regimens, and it is up to you to choose before beginning a muscle building program. Consider adding supplements to your diet if you are seeking to have extremely large muscles. You must know your limits, but you shouldn't stop doing a set until you've lifted as much as you can. Once your are more able to recognize the limits of your muscles, try to work them to exhaustion. If you must, lower your set length. Squats, presses and dead lifts are all effective exercises for increasing muscle mass. By doing these exercises, you will build muscles and get in shape fast. You can include other exercises in your workout, but make these three your priority. One problem many people have when trying to build muscle is certain muscle groups growing slower than others. You can fix this problem with a fill set. A set of about 25 to 30 reps is sufficient in order to target this group. Do this about 2 to 3 days after you worked on the group.
