Make sure you take the time to take a break every day and just kick off your shoes and relax. Set aside 20 minutes each day just to relax and you are sure to see a difference. Try to stay in the present. Focusing on the past or the future is a bad habit for people with anxiety. This can cause panic, worry, and other emotions which causes panic attacks.
