You can use common everyday items that are found in your home to create an easy muscle building workout. If you follow what the biggest guys in the gym are doing, you will notice that they often focus on performing a few, very hard sets of a few heavy exercises. It combats the major age-related declines in muscle tissue, bone density and metabolism (the body's engine) that we used to believe were just part of getting older and there was nothing we could do about it.
